Who We Are
We are experienced facilitators of change, with backgrounds across social work, systems navigation, leadership development, policy advising, education, and organizational change.
We have partnered with Indigenous Nations, government bodies, community organizations, businesses, and individuals, always centering relational accountability, values-based action, and the courage required for sustainable transformation.
Our methods are informed by narrative therapy, systems theory, decolonial frameworks, and anti-oppression practices.
We recognize expertise as something that lives within each client and community. Our role is to help surface, strengthen, and align that expertise with your goals for the future.
